Complex, fine and elegant, with a medium-intense fruitiness and predominantly vegetable and spicy scents.
Visual notes: of a beautiful intense emerald green color, brilliant and limpid.
Olfactory notes: the nose is decisive, complex and elegant and is characterized by vegetal hints of chicory, artichoke, almond and apple
Tasting notes: in the mouth it is fine and with personality, characterized by notes of chicory and almond, enriched by notes of black pepper. Bitter content and strong spicy but which reveals itself in a gradual and pleasantly enveloping way.
Cultivar: blend of Grignano, Favarol, Leccino, Frantoio
Recommended pairings: medium-high intensity taste-olfactory dishes such as bruschetta, legume soups, savory first courses, second courses based on red meat and game or fish with an intense flavor, aged cheeses, cream-based ice creams and desserts based on chocolate. Sizes: 500 ml; 250 ml; 100 ml.
Rebis
Large and elegant, with a medium-light fruitiness and predominantly fruity, herbaceous and spicy scents.
Visual notes: of a beautiful light green color, bright and limpid
Olfactory notes: the nose is graceful, complex and elegant, and is characterized by hints of apple, cinnamon and almond, as well as unripe tomato and flowers.
Tasting notes: in the mouth it is fine, broad, characterized by hints of fresh grass, apple, almond and green tomato. Bitter content and strong spicy but which reveals itself in a gradual and pleasantly enveloping way.
Cultivar: blend of Favarol (75%) and Grignano, Frantoio, Leccino (25%).
Olive groves: at about 300 m asl, slope
Recommended pairings: dishes with a medium-low taste-olfactory intensity such as salads, fish-based appetizers, chickpea soups, second courses based on white meat or fish, soft cheeses, desserts based on custard or fruit, products from oven. Sizes: 500 ml; 250 ml; 100 ml.
Arlene
Complex and with personality, with medium fruity and predominantly fruity and vegetable scents.
Visual notes: a beautiful greenish-yellow color, brilliant and limpid.
Olfactory notes: clear hints of medium-ripe tomato, accompanied by those of white apple and banana.
Tasting notes: in the mouth we find the notes of tomato which are also accompanied by those of chicory. Bitter content and a strong spicy but which reveals itself in a gradual and pleasantly enveloping way.
Cultivar: monocultivar of Grignano (100%).
Olive groves: about 300 meters above sea level, on the eastern side of the Valpantena
Recommended pairings: dishes of medium intensity of taste and smell such as salads, first courses with sauces, poultry, grilled fish, stretched curd cheeses.

Oliobio
Wide and elegant, with a medium to light intensity fruitiness and mainly vegetal and fruity scents.
Visual notes: a beautiful greenish-yellow color, bright and clear.
Olfactory notes: the nose is characterized by a large and complex bouquet with prevailing notes of fresh grass, apple, almond, tomato and banana, well balanced and in harmony with each other
Tasting notes: in the mouth it is elegant and complex and is mainly characterized by notes of fresh grass and almond. Delicate and balanced bitter and spicy.
Cutivar: blend of Grignano, Favarol, Leccino, Frantoio.
Olive groves: about 300 meters above sea level, on the eastern side of the Valpantena.
Recommended pairings: dishes of medium-low taste-olfactory intensity such as salads, raw fish based appetizers, fish first courses, steamed fish, poultry, boiled or steamed vegetables, fresh cheeses, fruit or cream based desserts.
