Since 3 November 2025 Società Agricola Pernigo has been a Società Benefit, the Italian form of benefit corporation. Our articles of association commit us to pursue five common benefit purposes alongside our economic results, and to report every year on how we do so.
Our common benefit purposes
Environment. Conserving, regenerating and enhancing the land through organic and regenerative farming practices that respect natural resources, biodiversity and soil vitality, and bringing energy efficiency and renewable sources into our production processes.
People. A healthy, safe and inclusive workplace, with training, welfare and concrete measures for work-life balance.
Communities and territories. Educational and cultural initiatives with local partners, to spread good sustainability practices and a regenerative model of development.
Supply chain. A sustainable supply chain with high standards of quality and service, helping the sector move towards responsible production models.
From field to table. Sharing culture and know-how with everyone along the value chain, all the way to the end consumer, to bring those who grow closer to those who consume.
Impact report
Every year our impact report presents our objectives, the actions taken and the assessment of the impact generated. The first report, covering the 2025 financial year, was approved by the Board of Directors on 30 March 2026.
