Vialone Nano is a medium rice rich in starch. Typical of Veneto and the province of Mantua, it is a unique regional variety for risotto.

Harvesting: Done by hand with the help of mechanical shakers.

Product specially selected for us, according to our rigorous specifications, from a company in Sciacca, Sicily. The fish comes from the Mediterranean Sea worked during the day with salt from the salt pans of Trapani, and is also aged for at least 45 days to give the best organoleptic quality.
